i-Vu® Systems
The Carrier i-Vu® Building Automation System enables centralized control of your entire building and provides operational insight. The i-Vu system offers extensive reporting and trending to analyze data and make improvements. Scheduling reduces energy waste, increases equipment lifespan and maximizes building comfort. Alarming allows receival of critical equipment alarms for proactive response minimizing downtime. The web interface allows building owners and facility managers to operate and monitor their systems from anywhere using any web enabled device.
System Integration
Carrier’s Building Automation Controllers are industry standard BACnet controllers and BTL listed. This allows us to integrate with any 3rd party BACnet system for centralized management of multiple equipment manufacturers. Integration of Modbus, LON, and Legacy CCN systems are also possible.

YANMAR GHP
Carver Controls GHP air conditioning systems provide powerful and efficient gas powered heating and cooling solutions for all kinds of buildings. Being mainly powered by gas, these systems greatly reduce electricity consumption and also reduce CO2 emissions as well as running costs.
Each system consists of a gas driven outdoor unit connected to a number of indoor units that have been selected to suit meet the various heating and cooling demands of the building to be air conditioned.
All of these systems have small footprints and operate with renewable energy air sources making installation simple. The wide range of control options available also make it easy to manage system operation.
In addition to high efficiency standard VRF systems, Carver Controls also produces heat recovery VRF systems, as well as engine heat recovery VRF systems that offer a source of free hot water from the outdoor unit.
